About this product

Some great Barossa Cabernets have come out of the Saltram winery over the years and this wine continues in that tradition. Ageing has softened the tanins and enabled the oak to intergrate seamlessly with the plump, juicy red fruits. Try it with a rack of spring saltbush lamb.

Had this wine a few times now. The 2012 vintage is ageing very nicely indeed.We also tried the most recent vintage and it does not have the depth shown in the 2012. This may change with time as the Pepperjack is a very well made wine. Re
