Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

A very aromatic wine: leafy, raspberry and fragrant, with some coffee/mocha oak-derived nuances. It's very intense, focused and powerful, and needs ages. Tight, lean and grippy, it's finely textured, but also herbal and slightly sappy. A confusing wine, and overall I find it slightly disappointing.
