In celebration of 40 years within the family business, Bill Hardy and his team have created a range of wines that pays tribute to the Hardy family's proud heritage and dedication to winemaking. The fruit for the William Hardy Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the world renowned Coonawarra region, showcasing the typical characteristics of cool climate Cabernet. A well-structured palate lavished with rich blackcurrant and mint flavours complimented by underlying vanilla oak. The lingering finish sums up the red as a great food matching wine.
