...Light, fluffy, smeared with sweetness and brimming with flavour. The perfectly pitched wine. Daring, green apple flavours. Mouthfilling drives of fresh-cut pears. And a good, tangy, satisfying finish. This is the first release, and the market would be right to go crazy over it. Excellent packaging too.

Very light yellow colour, with a curious but appealing lemon-peel aroma, the palate light and rather bland with a dry balance and modest length. A good quaffing bubbly.
