Earthy developed mocha and vanilla bouquet, shows some development. Distint Vegemite/yeast lees overtones. Funky, smoky, charred-oak hints, too. Palate is fresher and has some fruit, plus nice acidity that is enlivening but not too obvious. Fair wine, no great shakes but has drinkability and balance and appeal to many. Could live on too, with cellaring.
