From the awesome 2010 vintage, and from one of our favourite McLaren Vale producers, why wouldn't we cellar some carefully for your future enjoymentFrom the awesome 2010 vintage, and from one of our favourite McLaren Vale producers, why wouldn't we cellar some carefully for your future enjoyment? We now present a wonderfully dark fruited red, deeply aromatic, with black fruit, tar, black olive and cedar fragrance. The extravagant, fleshy black fruit is a delight. Densely packed and flavoured with pan jus, licorice, black olive, dark chocolate and so much more. This is a rich and satisfying wine by any measure - and it just keeps getting better and better! Dark colour, with a densely packed bouquet of black fruits, bitter chocolate, fruitcake and blackberry all in balance with well-handled oak; the palate is concentrated and fresh, medium-bodied and generous; approachable as a young wine, with plenty of time in the tank.
