Earthy, leathery, savoury, dark fruit or mulberry, mocha notes, sweet black cherry, black olive and praline flavours on a finish with finely tuned tannins. The wine is starting to settle comfortably into middle-age with balanced, easy flowing grace. This 2009 is approaching its best but history tells us that St Henri's hold for many years.
