Chardonnay parcels were whole-bunch pressed and taken through primary fermentation and mlf, tiraged '12 and kept on lees until disgorged Sept '18. Pale straw hue; the low dosage after disgorgement has resulted in a wine with drive, freshness and great balance.

Deep, brilliant golden colour, with a very toasted, complex bouquet which is loaded with toasty, vanilla, bottle-developed characters and these continue on the palate where it is very dry and savoury, intense and layered, with distinctive flavour and long carry. An outstanding sparkling wine. It's rich and full, complex and deep, the flavour beautifully textured, fluffy and satisfying.
