Matured 6 months in French oak (20% new). A persuasive young pinot that sets out to impress with its lifted aromatics of cherry blossom, potpourri and anise with earthy rhubarb, cranberry and cherry. Sappy and fine in texture, it broadens on the palate in woodsy spices and integrated oak, before coming home fast. No need to wait with this pinot (Jeni Port - Wine Companion)
