Whereas all too many Central Otago Pinots veer towards dry reddiness, this retains admirable freshness and crunchy acidity. Aromas and flavours or red cherry, plum and flowers - and that classic regional wild thyme. The finish sappy and satisfyingly dry. A good drink.
