Dry, Light Bodied style of SemillonHunter Valley, AustraliaThe 2012 vintage brings classic Hunter Valley Semillon characteristics, including plenty of pale green tints and lifted grassy citrus characters on the aromas. Sweet fruit flavors initially on the palate with some Bickford lime cordial notes. Excellent acid structure, importantly balanced with the fruit, long carry on the finish as well. Perfect in its youth, will bottle age gracefully for those that want a mature style.
