About this product

Penfolds Magill Estate Shiraz is a slice of history. The only remaining wine from Penfolds that is solely grown and made at the historic Magill Estate in the Eastern suburbs of Adelaide - and still today a single vineyard wine. Medium-bodied in style with a tendency towards succulent red fruits and herbaceous tones, the 2008 Magill was borne out of a vintage that saw early spring rainfall helping keep the frost at bay. A warm summer followed allowing the Magill to truly express the red fruit flavours it is famous for. With still plenty of years in front of it, the 2008 is sure to go down in Magill Estate history.
