Winemaker, Andrew Wigan, crafts a sparkling wine from these vineyards with precision. Sourced from Terry and Jan Riley's single vineyard high atop the Eden Valley, this Chardonnay Pinot Noir Cuvée displays a pale straw colour with a pure and persistent bead. The palate is soft and approachable with notes of brioche and baked goods.
