Dry, Full Bodied style of ShirazNamed after the beautiful cascading Silverband waterfalls in Victoria's Grampians region, the Silverband Shiraz by Seppelt is produced from 100% Grampians fruit to display the unique terroir at its optimum. Multiple Grampians vineyards have been used to create this full-bodied Shiraz that displays the wonderful regional characteristics of white pepper and fragrant, lifted fruit flavours. While luscious and enjoyable today, the Silverband Shiraz will age comfortably for the next 4 to 5 years.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

... smells excellent. I like the fat-but-firm tannin, though be warned they are not cuddly, they grip and shape pretty firmly… plenty of dark fruit and more of the spice and grilled meat savoury flavour – kiss of vanilla oak on the finish to soften and charm. Classic Grampians Shiraz style.
