Medium to full brick-red colour with a faint tinge of purple, but generally a forward-developed hue. The bouquet is fusty and pre-aged, with a tired, stale bouquet. A hint of old leather. Tangy acidity is accentuated by the leanness and lack of extract and flavour intensity.

Bright red-purple; a bright and breezy wine with a fragrant bouquet and a light- to medium-bodied palate, where some minty/green notes evident themselves on the finish. I strongly doubt cabernet is the right choice for the region.
