Light, bright yellow-green hue. The bouquet is full of dried flowers and dried herb aromas, a suggestion of pot-pourri, and the palate is delicate and firm, dry and textural, with a definite grip. The dried-floral arrangement evident in the bouquet is classic Eden Valley. The palate is likewise very dry, but not austere or hard.

This has less intensity and mettle than the Reserve cuvee, but the drinkability factor is high. In light of the warm conditions, this has an effortless flow to it. Gentle. Balletic. Orange blossom, honeysuckle and citrus marmalade notes coat the cheeks and linger long.
