Pale colour. Flinty, grapefruit, yeasty aromas. Lemon curd, toasty, flinty flavours, fine supple textures and crisp acidity. Lovely persistent bead. Very good.

Medium to light straw colour, with a slightly toasty and straw bouquet reflecting some bottle-age. The wine is rich and full in the mouth with good balance and depth, the finish clean and dry yet soft. Pleasing length and drinkability. Hints of lemon curd. An appealing mouthful of sparkling wine for the modest price.
