Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.

Very light straw-yellow colour with a straw-like, slightly paraffin-like aroma, showing early develoment and perhaps a trace of 'glue pot'. It's lean and very dry, tense and almost austere on the palate. Delicate weight, nice balance. A good fish wine.
