Positive red-purple, still youthful; blackcurrant, earth, spice and cedar run through the bouquet and medium- to full-bodied palate, which has considerable drive and length, tannins perfectly pitched. In its infancy, its future assured.

Deepish red with a purple rim. Bright, fruit-led raspberry-like aroma, some herbal notes. Some cherry eau-de-vie nuances. Plenty of flavour, fruit and weight with firm tannins and just a moderate level of complexity. It's a fruit-driven style and needs time. Has plenty of aging potential.
