Dry, Full Bodied style of ShirazTahbilk's Shiraz is produced from vines up to 80 years old and is an elegant fruit driven Shiraz with great substance and power. Fermented in open oak vats before being matured in French oak, this wine gives hints of dried plums, dark berries, cherry, preserves, chocolate and spice with tight-knit tannins and a long savoury finish.

Deep red/purple colour. Eucalyptus, forest floor aroma, earthy and savoury and undergrowth-like. The wine is medium-weight on the tongue and has ample soft, powdery tannins. Good, if not especially complex. Plummy and earthy.
