Deep colour. Intense blackberry, paneforte, dark chocolate aromas and vanilla oak. Delicious sweet fruit, blackberry, paneforte flavours with superb richness, volume and vinosity. The palate is supple with plentiful chalky tannins and lovely integration of vanilla oak. Finishes long and sweet.

Unmistakeably Barossan with its forest berries, exotic spices, ironstone and butcher shop complexity. The palate has regional mid-palate richness and opulence. The oak apparent but in complete balance as are the tannins and acid. Superb drinking now, or over the next decade or so.
