A flavorful shiraz with black cherries, ripe currants, cloves and chili chocolate on the nose. Some savory meat notes. Full-bodied with smooth, ripe tannins and a juicy palate.

Bursting with dark red-purple fruits flecked with mint, gum leaves, black pepper and blackberry jubes yet it's definitely a savoury wine. Just shy of full-bodied with gritty tannins, and sure the oak adds a smoky, charry overlay but it's not out of place and should continue to amalgamate.
