Using wild ferments and 10 months on lees in barrel, this Chardonnay joins the throng of great "new" Aussie Chardonnay's.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Light straw-yellow hue, with a very savoury, reserved bouquet that carries a whiff of smoky reduction. Some toasty oak notes. The taste is light-bodied, delicate and reserved, intense and a little shy, still emerging from its shell and demanding a little more time. Very fine, long, and full of potential.
