Light, bright yellow colour, waxy, straw, mineral aromas, the palate zesty and bright, frisky and tangy, lively acidity and very dry. Lemon juice, lemon zest, delicate restrained and delicious. Will be long lived. It's still a pup.

Quartz-green when five years old; festooned with gold medals, the wine is undoubtedly superb, coming as it does from a good vintage and a very great vineyard. The interesting part is the CO2 prickle that underwrites the longer term future of an already beautiful lemon and mineral-accented wine.
