About this product

Considered by many to be Australia's pre-eminent cool-climate Shiraz, Mount Langi Ghiran Shiraz is nestled in western Victoria, right in the heart of the Grampians wine region. Langi Shiraz is a classic, a true to type wine that Dan Buckle has hand-crafted into a sensuous wine that displays exotic aromas and flavours of spice, savouriness and that trademark pepper character. Conditions during the 2007 vintage were considered to be arduous with the ongoing drought and fairly high temperatures, yet the old vines available to Mount Langi most definitely protected this wonderful wine from such rigours and has produced a Langi Shiraz equal to the greatest Langi's available.
