Medium-full depth of tawny-brown colour with a yelow-green rim, the bouquet suggests Violet Crumble, a blend of chocolate and honeycomb. The palate is a pleasaing blend of younger fruiuty material and aged blending components. There's a lightness of weight and it's less-dense than the really old styles, and there is an almost sherry-like overtone to it. The finish is drying and cleansing.
