Icing sugar and meringue aromas, with a lightly buttery and honeyed overtone. Very lovely aromatics, and very Blanc de Blanc. A really smart wine and amazing value for money. (NB: It's from Troissy, in the Marne Valley, not the Cote des Blancs)
