Deep crimson. Intense fragrant mulberry, blackcurrant pastille leafy aromas with meaty/mocha oak notes. Generously concentrated and sweet-fruited wine with beautiful blackcurrant leafy dried herb flavours, persistent chocolaty tannins and mocha, roasted chestnut oak. Plush and velvety in texture, with superb energy, tension, density and mineral length. A perfectly balanced cabernet sauvignon defining the hallmarks of brilliant vineyard sourcing and 19th Century colonial vinestock material selections. Glorious wine.
