Shiraz Cabernet is an Australian classic blend which brings together the dark berry spice notes of Shiraz and the savoury structure of Cabernet Sauvignon. This 2015 blend exudes vibrant berry fruit characteristics with mocha and dark chocolate on the palate. It is flavoursome, rich and balanced with integrated oak and a long smooth finish. This is a distinctive Longview wine which has all the attributes that define our Adelaide Hills single vineyard.

Deep red colour with a brick-red tint and a green-leafy cabernet-influenced bouquet. The wine is lean and sinewy, with again some of the greener spectrum of cabernet flavours coming through strongly.
