Light, bright yellow colour; straw/hay/silage and pastry aromas with traces of grapefruit pith, developing chopped parsley character with time in the glass, the palate delicate and not too crisp, the acidity well judged for a dry finish without any acid harshness. Refinement, line and length. An appetising wine with a long-lasting dry finish that leaves the mouth refreshed. A good chardonnay style, and very dry, but somewhat straightforward and fruity. (Low dosage: 3.5 g/l residual sugar)
