Vintage 2015
95 points The Real Review
Light salmon-pink colour with a complex bouquet of dried herbs, flowers and fruits, with very good toasty complexity. Palate very fresh and youthful, dry, crisp and nervy. A touch of buttered sweet corn emerged later among the complexities. (80/20 pinot noir to chardonnay; lower altitude for the Hills at Mappinga. Wild fermented, no oak, partial MLF. The third disgorgement of this vintage, disgorged March 2022)
