Deep red colour with a tint of purple. The bouquet is intense and fresh, ripely-berried and slightly minty, with good ripeness and concentration, depth and density. Full-bodied. The tannins are abundant and supple, coating the mouth. It's rich and satisfying, generous and rounded, balanced and long. It's not your elegant, aromatic style of cabernet but has its own merits.
