Dry, Full Bodied style of ShirazLifted aromatics of ripened red fruit impress immediately. There's a savoury edge, too, and some vanilla/cedar. The colour is holding well - ruby and mid-weight. Bright, and slightly piquant cherry and cranberry notes combine with juicy red currant, a hint of pepper-spice and fine earth tannins, resulting in yet another good Billi Billi. Now is the right time to drink it. There's sufficient acid and flavour to see it through for another couple of years if you aren't in a hurry.
