Light straw colour, with a light, shy, straightforward aroma with a trace of cork-wood evident. In the mouth, it's light and dry, with some intensity and delicacy. Good flavour and balance. Excellent drinkability and plenty of sparkle. Ignoring the cork issue, a good example of the variety.
