A juicy and fruity red with blackberry, black cherry and chocolate character. Full and round with freshness and intensity. Very spicy. Black olives, too. 51 percent merlot, 39 percent cabernet sauvignon, 8 percent cabernet franc and 2 percent petit verdot.

Deep crimson. Elderberry, dark plum, dark cherry aromas with hints of vanilla nougat. Dense almost soupy textured wine with fresh elderberry, dark berry vanilla marzipan flavours, fresh velvety chocolaty tannins and well integrated mineral acidity. (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, 45 percent new oak).
