Dry, Full Bodied style of ShirazA delightful expression of the Heathcote Shiraz flavour profile - mixed red and black fruits, cherry, plum & white pepper. The plush juicy palate incorporates French toasty oak spice and slight Vanilla. By choosing gentle processing methods such as pump overs and soft pressing we maximise fruit character and moderate tannin extraction. Low yields and harvest timing have rewarded us with a concentrated and balanced wine brimming in bright fruit.
