Joseph PerrierSpecial Cuvee 200th 1.5L
About this product
Released to commemorate the House's 200th anniversary this year, the Joseph Perrier Cuvee 200 is a limited-edition champagne from the exceptional 2015 vintage, with only 2,000 magnums and 1,500 jeroboams produced worldwide. It is crafted from a blend of Chardonnay from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards, combined in equal proportion with Grand Cru Pinot Noir. The bouquet is inviting and refined, with aromas of fresh pastry, apple tart, and white flowers. The palate is generous and beautifully balanced, revealing layers of crisp apple, pear, citrus, and red berries, complemented by subtle notes of honey. Elegantly structured, it lingers with remarkable finesse and purity.

Very beautiful and sophisticated aromas of bread dough and sliced apple tart. Full-bodied with layers of fruit, underlying chalk and crushed seashells. Lovely apples and pears at the end, dry and integrated with the fruitiness. Blend of 50% chardonnay and 50% pinot noir. Dosage 3 g/L.James Suckling, July 2025.
