About this product

Marc-André Roy and Jared Etzel established Domaine Roy and fils in 2012 to celebrate their heritage and continue the winemaking history of their fathers, Robert Roy and Michael Etzel, who founded the renowned Beaux Frères Winery in 1991. With a minimalist winemaking approach and a commitment to organic farming, these are wines of purity & transparency expressing the land from which the wines are farmed. The Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is sourced from the Iron Filbert and Quartz Acorn vineyards. The wine undergoes aging for 10 months in French oak barriques (10% new), imparting unique aromas and complexity to the wine. Mid crimson in appearance, with deep, powerful aromas of dark cherries, cranberries and rose petals. Rich and plump in mouthfeel, with a captivating finish with subtle hints of sweet, damp earth complimenting the sweet red fruit flavours perfectly. A Pinot of great depth of flavour and structure.
