Dry, Light Bodied style of Pinot NoirThis 2023 Pinot Noir, from the Ynys Witrin vineyard, is a vibrant dark cherry red colour with purple hues. It has aromas of cherry, spice and wild forest berries complemented by fine French oak. The palate has varietal flavours, is balanced, and has a long fine silky finish. While drinking well now, it will benefit from cellaring over the next six to seven years.
