Lovers of the highly rated and multi award-winning Cat Amongst The Pigeons Fat Cat can now indulge in a first-class drop of Barossa’s best Shiraz evolved to just the right stage and drinking beautifully now. This 2015 vintage Barossa Shiraz has been carefully cellared to produce this elegant wine. Deep colour with fresh, intense espresso, praline, blackberry aromas with liquorice, hint ginger notes. Smooth and supple wine with deep-set dark berry fruits, roasted coffee/roasted walnut notes and fine ripe tannins, finishing firm with an inky long plume. A generous easy drinking Barossa Shiraz with plenty of fruit complexity and drive. Drink now or may age further until 2026.

Have tried this a couple of times now and it was very drinkable. Much better than the standard cat among then Pigeons. Would buy it again. Have tried worse shiraz twice the price as this and over.
