Dry, Light Bodied style of RoséThe 2023 Cabernet Rose is our 1st Rose created using early picked Cabernet Sauvignon from our High Altitude Vineyard. This is an amazing fresh summer wine. The nose has a rich arrangement of Rose Water & blackcurrants. The palate is well balanced with a refreshing acidity and a profound fruit flavours. This wine would be best served with white meat dishes, seafood, and any Asian dish.

Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.
