Deep, bright purple/red colour. The bouquet is also bold and bright, fresh and clean, with hi-fi chocolate and blackberry flavours, full body and powerful aftertaste. A big, bold, full-bodied cabernet with loads of panache. Muscular, concentrated, great tannins. It just needs time to mellow out a bit. Outstanding cabernet.

20% hand-picked, 80% machine-harvested, destemmed, cultured yeast, matured for 21 months in French oak (40% new). The headline, the main text and the footnotes all say one thing and one thing only: purity. And I suppose I should add elegance. They simply don't come better in this mode.
