Contender for the best-value sub-$20 Australian Merlot available today. This is a beaut. Elegant and fine, with real mid-palate stuffing. Plums, spice, bitter chocolate and freshly ground coffee, it is everything Merlot should be, but so rarely is. The structure is serious and superbly balanced.
