Light to medium yellow hue. A more full-bodied wine than the Hildegard White, with richness, complexity and some honeyed spicy nougat notes from the viognier. This is a lovely wine, a real mouthful, round and shapely, with an attractive complexity of flavours. It finishes dry and slightly firm, which makes for a clean snappy aftertaste. A dry white of flavour and character.
