Medium-full salmon-pink colour, the bouquet has a quince-paste aroma, fruit driving it, the palate delicate and rounded, up-front and pinoty, the balance good and the finish dry and satisfying, inviting another sip. There is a smoky strawberry richness that shouts pinot. It makes up in generosity what it lacks in delicacy.
