Pinot Noir strawberry richness, a little cream, yeast and crackers. It has a fine bead and a smoothness that's very appealing, and while you might call it slightly too sweet, it's yeasty and savoury too and the overall effect is of a gentle, flavoursome wine that's very good to drink. Too easy, even. Like the spice and crackers finish too.
