Another great release from the unsung hero of the Mount Mary range. A riper vintage offering passionfruit, grilled pineapple as well classical notes of fennel, crushed rock and almond meal. The oak is seamlessly integrated, leading the palate into a taught, silky finish. A very smart wine on release but it will reward patience.

Bright, light to mid yellow colour, still youthful, the bouquet is nutty and has some smoky reductive traces, the varietal fruit is down-played and the wine is subtly complex and detailed, with a pleasing touch of richness and a long and harmonious follow-through. Clean, refreshing finish. A delicious wine, and very more-ish
