About this product

Bright salmon-pink in colour. This wine is a non-vintage blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with notes of wild strawberries and freshly baked pastry. The palate has a delicate balance of red berries, fine acidity and a rich, creamy texture.

This is what great Australian sparkling is all about - Pale lemon in colour, and a fine delicate bead. Flavours of green apples, stone fruits, there is a hint of nuttiness and baked goods. Creamy and dry and the flavours linger beautifully
