FreycinetRadenti R3 Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir
About this product
Surging fine bubbles lift from the glass a glorious aroma of citrus fruit and delicate floral blossom honey. A complex palate displays an exquisitely layered spectrum of flavours from brioche, grapefruit, mandarin and clementine, honeyed nuts swathed with creamy, softy yeasty complexity. With each sip the palate is left refreshed by gentle acidity. The benefit of extended maturation on yeast lees is evident in the harmonious palate and deliciously long, moreish aftertaste. Having been matured on lees prior to late disgorging and with more than 1 years time on cork, this wine is ready to drink now. It will however continue to develop further complexity over a 5 to 10 year period, if desired.

Bright, light yellow hue. The bouquet shows lovely toasty, creamy, nutty aged complexities, while the palate is also soft and rounded, dry and supple, with excellent balance and drinkability. A superb wine, seemingly chardonnay-driven, with a great balance of freshness and complexity.
