Very light salmon-pink hue; lots of herbs both fresh and dried on the nose, quite an intriguing bouquet with a hard-to-pinpoint spices. The wine is deliciously smooth and while there is a dab of apparent fruit-sweetness at the core, it finishes cleanly dry and very appetising.
